bro, 500ml of milk 1/2, 4 little sugar ( for the flavor ), 100g of quaker oats, 6 whites eggs, 1 multivitamins&minerals, 1 golden or banana, 2 scoops of bcaa's ( 10g )

exaclty bro, for the moment i dont have i use the sugar and verry little .... 4 totality ( 15 - 20 g ) Yes the honey is very good and i like ( i like all food )

Skip the sugar! use a sweetner like nutrasweet sugar isnt good in a dieet you must try to keep constant bloodsugarlevels and with fast sugars its not possible.
For carbs eat only patatoes and brown rice no bread or pasta!! After 18.00 dont consume carbs anymore or when you train at night time then you can after your work-out, but i prefer not to do it and eat the last carbs as early in the evening as possible. BD.

Yes bro, thanks for you're helping. I dont use all day the sugar it's very rarely i have the sugar with just flavor ( for diabetic ) to the morning i have getting powder of good cacao ( rich in vitamins and minerals too )

normally i add 1 scoop of whey ( total 24 g of prot ) i reget in 2 days. lol i know is very very light

I have getting honey, maybe i use too maybe after the train, with shake of whey. I have up the number of big white egg ( 10 - 12 ) easy 83g protein from the egg / morning.
B-D he bread with 7 cereals is not good too ?? ![]() Bro 6 white eggs = 48 g of protein ( 8.3 g for 1 white egg ) I use the extra big lmao
