This is my diet outline for my first cycle. I had so much money invested in gear and hormones for PCT that I wasn't going to let it go to waste. The very first thing I did before my first injection was go out and buy about 30 pounds of 100% whey protein, 6 pounds of casein and 3 large jugs of cell tech. I don't really like much of muscle techs products, but cell tech works wonders for me.
Gear: Test Cyp at 400 mgs for first 5 weeks and 625 mgs for remaining 7 weeks Beginning stats: Height: 6 foot even Weight: 192 pounds Body fat: 10% 1 rep max bench: 300 1 rep max squat: 450 Leg press: 900 for 8 reps 1 rep max deadlift: 405 Stats after 10 weeks: Weight: 233 pounds Body fat: 15: 1 rep max bench 380 1 rep max squat: 540 Leg press: 1350 for 8 1 rep max deadlift: 495 It doesn't sound like I squat much, but I'm sure i could if i spread my feet more. I squat with my legs at shoulder width because I've really been trying to give my outer quads the most attention to build up my sweep. When I squat, every rep is with my ass all the way down in the hole. Meal#1: 5 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop of whey Meal#2-5: 8-10 ounces of meat and 2 servings of complex carbs Meal#7:Tuna and asparagus before bed OR 10 Egg whites OR 2 scoops of casein in whole milk Post work out: 2 scoops of Cell tech, followed by 2-3 scoops of whey Some weeks I would eat ground turkey for my meat sometimes i would eat lean red meat. More recently i've been eating ground pork and when I was low on money I would eat 2 cans of tuna. I would eat every 2 hours NO MATTER WHAT and I've never missed a meal. If I was getting bored of my diet I would go out and get some fast food BUT ONLY 1 night per week. Every time I gained 5 -10 pounds I would increase calories. To do this I started out mixing skim milk with my whey in the begging. Then after 2 weeks I went to 1% milk, the next 2 weeks I went to 2% and now i use whole milk. I started out with 3800 calories and now I'm up to 5000 and have a scoop of whey with almost every meal. For carbs i only eat brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes and wheat pasta. Even though I have put on quite a bit of fat that's really good because your body needs fat to grow. I never took anything during my cycle to decrease estrogen because I also think you need estrogen to grow. My protein intake was never below 380 grams of protein a day and i never eat below 300 grams of carbs per day. No matter how you diet i can not stress the importance of eating every 2 hours. My diet may sound like overkill to some people but all i can say is that the mirror, the scale and the stats DONT LIE. As far as my workout routine. I always did 8 to no more than 15 sets per workout and did 8 reps for EVERYTHING. I never lock out on lifts such as bench and leg press becuase I grow more when I keep that constant tension on my muscles. Monday: Chest, Flat bench, incline, some sort of flyes I alternate between d-bells and b-bell from week to week Tuesday: Back, barbell rows, pull down, deads, d-bell rows Wednesday: Arms, skull crushers, overhand cable pushdown, underhand cable and dips Thursday: off Friday:quads, squat, leg press, quad extension, hip machine Saturday:shoulders, barbell press, front and side raise, delt raise machine sunday: glutes and hamstrings, standing leg curl, unilateral smith machine squat, butt blaster, hip machine Where is the cardio??? the only cardio i did was involving sex, not going to lie. After all I'm bulking and trying to keep my fat for now. As for my heart health, sex does wonders for that and other things as well Feel free to ask questions because I'm sure I left a lot out. GnH

I'm going to take next week off from cell tech before i do PCT and then start back up again because i think i'll get too depressed if I lose all my water at once, haha! I know the cell tech wont be as effective but atleast it will help me retain some water if nothing else. I was going to use nolva and clomid for pct, but i think im going to ditch the nolva and do clomid only. I havent experienced any gyno. Only real side effect was testicular shrinkage which is why I will be using hcg starting the day after my last injection. If i feel that my pct didn't work how i wanted i will turn to aromasin to increase my test and only block half of my estrogen GnH

Nolva and clomid are always to take pct, but aromasin is the best choice and yes then you can ditch the clomid&nolva. Yeah first cycle gives always the best gains in your life i also remember my first cycle , but when you have done severall cycles gaining weight is getting harder![]() Testicular shrinkage that sucks ya small peanuts thats how the look after a cycle, but they grow back very fast dont worrie keep working-out that willie its good![]() So now its time to go to the gym for my work-out CU BD.

Nice detailed post mate. Incredible peeps can make those huge gains. Im happy with 5 or 6 pounds, without water that is

Thanks for the input.! My only thing about D Bol is that I know a lot of people who take it, but it really suppresses their appetite which is the last thing I want.

I just had my last injection of this test cyp cycle last friday at 650 mgs so I thought I would post this weeks stats especially since I had an epic leg day today. I squated 405 10 times easily in the hole and so I went 455 for another solid 10 reps in the hole. What can I say I was feeling like a monster in the gym today and these will probably be my bests for my cycle since I start PCT soon...
Stats after 12 weeks: Weight: 238 pounds Body fat: 15% 1 rep max bench 391 1 rep max squat: 607 Leg press: 1440 for 10 1 rep max deadlift: 525
