Hello all !

for the it's the best of low carbohydrate the oats 100% I prepared all morning in the blinder :

100 - 120 g of Oat's
300ml of Water
200ml of Milk low fat
2 scoop's of 100% whey Optimum nutrition 48g total whey protein
1 Banana or big Orange


What is you're food for the morning ?

i start the day with 2 scoops off proteine powder from severall brands.

now i dont count all my dailly intake.

My food in the morning and every morning again

2 bananas
40gr whey in 250ml lean milk
20gr wallnuts

When i get at work i eat right after that some baby food.
