Default Epistane , how do I use it?

Ripped from some other board, this because i got many questions about this product.
Because i,m a steroid (ab)user i dont have many knowledge about this so called PRO-hormone thats why i post now some info for people who want to try this product.
In some countries its hard to get it treu customs so when ordering this make sure they write something else on the invoice.

Epistane , how do I use it?

Lets get started:

The safest way to use epistane as with any anabolic is to keep the dosage safely low however still effective enough not to be a complete waste.

Week 1 20mg
Week 2 20mg
Week 3 -30mg
Week 4 30mg

For a starter who is giving over the counter (OTC) anabolics a shot personally never recommend over 30mg. 4 week cycles are proven to be decently effective and safer than longer orals.

For the advanced user:

Week 1 20mg
Week 2 30mg
Week 3 40mg
Week 4 40mg

Can I stack epistane with other prohormones/AAS:
You can.

What times of the day do I take epistane.
I am old school and will not accept to the pulsing/epi till I see blood work, though it does make sense. Simply being that it is speculation based on the free alcohol. However I still feel the best way to take it would be as follows.

Keep the doses prior to 6pm and around 5-6 hours in difference. Like an anabolic take it with EFA's - hormones are fat soluable. So assuming you work out around 6pm, take one with a EFA/complex carb rich break fast and the next dose with small concentrated carb rich pre workout.

As opposed to SD, its hit on the lipid profile would not be as bad, however till I see blood work its better safe than sorry. Load up on all the ancillaries and accessory supplements as needed.

Does epistane require a PCT?
Like every other anabolic on the block epistane needs a PCT.

What is your favourite PCT and WHY?

wk1: 120mg Fareston, EXEMESTANE - super low dose dependent on body weight
wk2: 90mg Fareston, EXEMESTANE - super low dose dependent on body weight
wk4: 60mg Fareston, EXEMESTANE - super low dose dependent on body weight
wk3: 60mg Fareston, EXEMESTANE - super low dose dependent on body weight

This PCT looks different from your usual Nolvadex sermons. Why?
a) By anecdotal and trial and error I have come to see that the fastest jump back with ZERO downtime is with a SERM+ a real low dose of a scheduled AI
b) Epi if anything will be pretty supressive. I know that I hypothetically sugessted Nolva for SD cycles but looking at the heptatoxicity, I feel that toremifene is better.

Do I need to be worried about gyno on epistane:
Theoretically, no ... but again there is something on paper, something else real world so better safe than sorry. SERM all the way.

What happens if my nuts shrink? Do i stop the cycle?
Not necessary if you ask me. Throw in HCG ew 250ius x 2wice a week, you should be fine. Stop it in the PCT.
Switch out to clomid in the PCT

How do I run this clomid?
Clomid is clomiphine citrate made by E-lily&Co
Day 1- 300mg
Week 1 -150mg
Week 2- 100mg
Week 3- 75

Dont exceed 3 weeks on clomid, avoid the metabolite action.

Where do I get these support chemicals:
Asking for sources is against board rules. Please do not disrespect them. Look in some signatures, they may actually have an answer.

Which is What are other good supplements I can run along side superdrol to combat side effects?
Red Yeast Rice- A fermented rice product, that is our best fighter against negative sides form AAS concerning cardiovascular damage. Comprised of nine different monacolins, which are naturally occurring substances that help regulate cholesterol levels. Along with sterols, and monounsaturated fatty acids, it packs a strong punch.
Dosage : 1.2g ED

COQ10- Although this is abundant in food sources, I feel it prudent to put on here. Not only does it show to help cardiac function, but it?€™s also imperative to be used with Red Yeast Rice. Can be used in combination with other cholesterol lowering supplements.

Celery Seed- A powerful anti-oxidant, shown to not only lower blood pressure, but may have cancer fighting properties as well. And there is evidence to show its ability in aiding the liver.

Hawthorne Berry: Also very useful to lower BP and keep it on check. A great on cycle supplement.
Dosage 1000mg ed on cycle.

Policosanol- A blend of fatty alcohol?€™s, shows great promise in its use as beneficial to cardiovascular health, to include the maintenance of healthy lipid profiles. There is also some theory to a synergistic affect with EFA?€™s.
Dosage : 20mg 2x a day

Saw Palmetto: The prostrate is one delicate part of your system that you do not want to affect under any circumstances.
SP @ 320mg/day

A note on heptatoxicity and liver support:
Liver support : What are your thoughts
While there are many compounds in the market today, most of them which are good too, I stick to my own personal choice for liver protection- Liv 52.
Why?
Here is why
* Capers (Capparis spinosa) - Well-documented hepatic stimulant and protector. Improves the functional efficiency of the liver.*
* Wild Chicory (Cichorium intybus) - Powerful hepatic stimulant, increases bile secretion, acts on liver glycogen and promotes digestion.*
* Black Nightshade (Solanum nigrum) ? Promotes liver and kidney health and has shown hepatoprotective activity in cases of toxicity induced by drugs and chemicals.*
* Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) ? Tonic for heart and liver. Regulates hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis.*
* Negro Coffee (Cassia occidentalis) ? Digestive and hepatic tonic.*
* Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) ? Stimulative tonic for the liver.*
* Tamarisk (Tamarix gallica) - Hepatic stimulant; also provides digestive support.*

I would recommend a steady dose of Liv 52 starting 2 weeks prior to the cycle. Keep yourself FREE of alcohol on cycle and keep the same dose of Liv 52 in the offcycle.

Liver strength:
Liver toxicity from androgenic compounds and methylation in some cases are over-stated. However, it is of prime importance to understand that the liver is central to all bodybuilding. why? because it is the mother of all detoxifiers, a phoenix in itself that regenerates with damage.
In laymans terms It is also the site where Growth hormone is converted to IGF ... to cut a long story short, if you want to optimize the effect of all these anabolics you are taking, keep that liver of yours fit and fine, because while ON-cycle, you are giving it more damage than necessary

Normally, the liver needs protein to repair itself. During detoxification, however, it may be necessary for a patient to temporarily decrease dietary protein, especially if blood levels of ammonia are high. (Ammonia is a waste product of protein metabolism that can become elevated in advanced cases of liver disease, particularly cirrhosis.) In the absence of elevated ammonia levels, diets adequate in protein can hasten liver regeneration. The sulfur-containing amino acids methionine, cysteine and taurine are particularly important.

Creating Some Havoc with Epi - The advanced user guide

Another ripped article:

This guide is for advanced users. People who have had experience with one or more of these products in the past.

But I am looking to maximize gains, why would'nt you want me to use these products?
First off, forget the sides and the potential damage, getting gains is no big deal, Keeping them is everything. Why would you want to spend your $'s on something that you are not even going to end up keeping.

Are these products steroids?
These products are legal anabolics. How you choose to interpret them is left to you.

Before reading this guide is there anything I have to know
a) Prior to using anabolics, my .02 is to get your diet and training into check, do not just wake up one day, look at the forum, the logs and decide to pop in a few pills.
b) This guide by no means makes you ready to run the cycles listed below. Knowledge is power, read about these chemicals individually and research into their parent steroid structures and their working. Each one of these compounds and their current concentration depending on your body weight has different postive and negatives.
c) By taking these compounds, gains are imminent, but as stated earlier, how solid these gains are, are totally left to how you learn to cycle and supplement your existing system. You could land up with a whole lot of water retained and cheat yourself "thinking" that these are gains, or you could actually pack on some quality lean mass with some clever cycle planning and auxiliary supplementation.

A few suggested cycles :

a) The Cutter:

Epistane
Week 1 - 40mg
Week 2 - 40mg
Week 3 - 30mg Prostanozol 125mg
Week 4 - 30mg Prostanozol 150mg
Week 5 - Prostanozol 200mg
Week 6- Prostanozol 200mg

PCT:
Nolva-dex
Week 7- 40mg
Week 8- 40mg
Week 9- 20mg
Week 10- 10mg

Added notes
Runnning clenbutrol in week 9 and 10 with some benadryl or keitofen would be super beneficial. While being a good cutter its anti catabolic effect would help with the PCT.

Bulking Cycles:

Wet Bulker:
Pheraplex
Week 1 - 40mg
Week 2- 40mg
Week 3- 30mg
Week 4- Epistane 20mg
Week 5- Epistane 20mg
Week 6- Epistane 30mg
Week 7- Epistane 40mg

I would recommend Fareston 120/100/100 and a low dose of exemestane (aromasin)

Why this PCT?
a) Looking at the chemical structures of both Madol (PP) and Epi/Havoc , the heptatoxicity could be a little overboard in the PCT if you were to use a standard 40.40.20.20 - Nolvadex cycle.
b) From anecdotal and personal experience, I have come to the conclusion that a SERM + a real low dose of exemestane is probably the fastest way to a good recovery.
c) You "could" use 5mg of Nolva-dex on cycle.

Smooth Bulker

Week 1 - 30mg SD
Week 2- 30mg SD
Week 3- 10mg SD Epistane 20mg
Week 4- 10mg SD Epistane 20mg
Week 5- Epistane 30mg
Week 6 Epistane 30mg

Same PCT as above, I will switch Clomid with the Fareston.

Notes:
While on SD i have noticed that my quality of ejaculation has been bad. Not so much with the output but with the consistency.
SD is a variant of drostanolone prop. An anti-estrogen in itself. While ON cycle gyno is not a problem we always have had the big debate of DELAYED gyno and all that. I would there for again recommend Aromasin/Exemestane.

On these cycles both recomposition and bulking what kind of diet would you recommend.
I would HIGHLY recommend a low carb, high protein, high fat, targeted ketogenic diet. My personal experience has been VERY pleasing with this diet on anabolics. While it becomes real easy to take these hormones with fats (considering hormones are fat soluable) the downside is a fair amount of lethargy that maybe a by product of the anabolics and the low carb diet.

However considering that these cycles are no more than 6-8 weeks in length, its a perfect window for running a TKD diet. The PCT is again complete carbing up and carb cycling to keep those gains solid. The rapid insulin spike will not only promote a boost in growth but will also make adapt itself to a new training/maintainence routine which I think should be a part of every PCT.

Default And some liver protection info as well

Methionine is a source of the body's major lipotropic compound, S-adenosylmethionine. It contributes to the formation of glutathione, an enzyme that aids detoxification by making toxins water soluble.11 Chronic exposure to drugs and other chemical toxins tend to deplete the liver's supply of glutathione. Supplemental N-acetylcysteine (NAC), another sulfur-containing amino acid and a powerful antioxidant, can also stimulate glutathione synthesis. NAC has been shown to provide a level of protection against a broad range of toxic hazards, including tobacco smoke, auto exhaust, herbicides, alcohol and drugs such as acetaminophen.12,13 In fact, NAC is used as an antidote to acetaminophen overdose.

Antioxidants also facilitate liver healing. Supplementing the diet with vitamins C and E and the minerals zinc and selenium can help protect the liver from free radical damage. In addition, the B complex vitamins, particularly choline, may support regeneration. Animals with choline deficiencies have been shown to develop liver damage similar to that induced by alcohol in humans. Studies on humans with alcoholic liver disease, however, have failed to find a therapeutic effect of choline.14

Phosphatidylcholine (PC), more popularly known as lecithin, is a phospholipid (a form of fat) composed largely of choline. Our cell membranes are made largely of lecithin. Lecithin not only maintains the integrity of liver cells but may also help regenerate damaged tissue and normalize bile function. Studies have demonstrated that PC can improve health in cases of alcoholic liver disease and viral hepatitis and can protect the liver against a variety of toxins.

Note:

Several herbs can help protect and mend the liver. Of these, milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is perhaps best known. An extract of this herb can protect the liver from one of the most deadly liver toxins known, the death cap mushroom (toadstool, Amanita phalloides). Pretreatment of lab animals provided 100 percent protection against this normally fatal poison.16 Silymarin, a constituent of milk thistle, is a powerful antioxidant and lipotropic agent and has been shown to stimulate the growth of new liver cells

Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) leaves contain caffeylquinic acids such as cynarin. Like milk thistle, artichoke extracts have demonstrated an ability to protect the liver and promote its regeneration.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), a nutrient-rich herb, has a long folk history as a liver tonic. The German Commission E reports that the root and leaves stimulate bile production, thereby diminishing liver congestion.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa), from which is derived the active ingredient curcumin, protects the liver by its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. It also increases bile output.

Other liver-supportive herbs include fringe tree (Chionanthus virginicus), celandine (Chelidonium majus), garlic (Allium sativum), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and peppermint (Mentha piperita).
