Default Recovery - How can I speed it up??

I have no problem putting in the time to gain bulk. I would like to do 2 workouts a day. I know once you go over a certain amount you are hurting muscle and not helping. Anything out there to boost recovery thats NOT steroids.

True recovery is your diet and sleep. Also make a schedule when and how you do your workout. 2 times chest in a week is no problem, but 2 times chest in a week very intensive is a no go.

Arginine is a very good supplement to improve your recovery at night. Also ZMA before bednight will stimulate your REM sleep which you need for ultimate recovery.

tip: if you have the time, take a nap around 1400 hours

Agree with Ad there. Proper diet is a solid foundation and good sleep will top it of

I used zma. Cant say i noticed anything of it. With good iet you should be covered anyway.

When you notice you dont make progress anymore switch to an other trainging schedule.
For example train every muscle group only once a week and warm up to sets and then put you maximum weight on it with you can do max 10 reps, for the next 3 sets it can be possible that you must lower the weight a little to do 10 reps.
Only do 3 basic excercises like flat bench/flat flyes and decline bench presses.

Legs train hamstrings alone and qauds 2 days after it.

Calves train them 3 times week and make 4-6 sets seated and standing with heavy weight and 15 reps.

There are many herbal testosterone boosters on the market some are good to go.

Your proteine intake must also be good so try to consume 3gram for each kilo off your body weight split the meals so that you have 4-6 meals a day with plenty proteine.

Rest is indeed very important and stay off drugs/ alcohol and tabacco.

Sleep and proper nutrition are important of course, but sometimes these may not be enough. I play tennis five days per week and without taking supplements I wouldn't be able to handle the intense exercise and all the pressure. So currently I'm using Aceformula (aceformula.com) as energy booster. Coffee works as well but I have trouble falling asleep after drinking it. Also, I take vitamin B and get my vitamin C from lemons (I'm one of those weird people who eat lemons without adding sugar or any other sweetener).
